Waypoint Realty Group was ranked the #2 Keller Williams commercial team in the North Central Region based on the number of closed transactions in 2023. This region includes Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Being the #2 commercial top producing team is huge!
Our supervising broker, Breena Buettner, ranked as the #1 Real Estate Agent within Helena, MT in 2023 based on the number of successful transactions closed in the Montana Regional MLS.
Our small but mighty team successfully closed 64 transactions and managed over $21,000,000 in sales volume.
